Universal Construction Codes
After obtaining all necessary Zoning, Subdivision, Storm water permitting from Sandy Township, and prior to any construction, reconstruction and/or deconstruction being taken, it will be necessary for one to contact the UCC Inspector to determine whether any UCC permitting will be required. Pennsylvania started enforcing the UCC’s in 2004.
