The Township Manager supervises all department heads and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Township, as well as the oversight of all government functions including finance, personnel, insurance, public records and information, public safety, and public works. It is his job to make reccommendations to the Board of Supervisiors on operations, policy, resolutions, ordinances, and to keep the supervisiors informed as to the township affairs.
Dave has been with the township since 1994 filling various previous positions as truck driver, equipment operator, and foreman before his appointment to the Public Works Director position in 2006. From 2006 until his appointment to the Township Manager Position in January 2014 he was responsible for assisting the Township Manager in daily operations of the township.
